Network Rail is seeking companies to deliver £490 million of large project works for CP7 in its north west and central areas.

This latest tender round covers procurement phase two, known as Framework Category A.

Procurement for phase one  – Framework Categories B, C and D – is separate and has already gone out to market.

The large project Category A work is being split between two separate lots. It covers projects ranging from £7 million to £200 million (Lot A1) and £7 million to £50 million (Lot A2) – and two contractors will be appointed for each lot.

Companies tendering will need capability to deliver multi-disciplinary works and services across: civil engineering, buildings and railway engineering.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 28 July 2023.
